Unleashing the Power of Conscious Manifestation
The art of conscious manifestation goes beyond praying or wishing; it involves a deep, consistent shift in your consciousness and energetic alignment with your desires. We use the term ‘conscious’ manifestation because we are always co-creating with the field of possibilities through what we think and feel. To do this consciously, however, is a superpower.
We will delve into the mechanics behind conscious manifestation, exploring how legends like Anthony Hopkins have used belief to shape their realities, and how you too can harness this power to transform your life.
Manifestation Cheat Sheet
I used to think that manifestation was simply focusing on the ‘thing’ you wanted, but as I moved further into my spiritual journey I realized that there is a much deeper practice at play. This is because you are directly participating in one of the laws of the universe, which is that the wave, or infinite potential, wants to harmonize with more that is like it. This is also commonly referred to as the law of attraction. Like attracts like, but what is the ‘like’ to begin with? It’s your state of being. Not what you do or say, but what you think and feel.
The deeper mechanics behind manifestation are not just about focus and visualization, but about how deeply and consistently you are shifting your level of consciousness. This level of consciousness is how your resonate with infinite possibilities that exist in the field. But you’ve got to get to the field, or become more away of it and less aware of your personality, to do this effectively.
This attention to your inner alignment becomes fuel for your co-creative relationship with the universe.
This takes dedication, presence and consistency. Once considered ‘woo woo’ (which we are reclaiming as our mystical birthright), it is now becoming more deeply understood as we explore advances in areas like quantum physics and concepts like many worlds theory.
The Science (Potentially) Behind Manifestation
The closest we’ve come to explaining this energetic relationship is through quantum physics and the science of vibration. We know now that our brains emit brain waves which create fields of energy that we can measure with an EEG device. We also know there is a measurable electromagnetic field that emanates from the heart organ up to 3-8 feet away from the body. Our perception of matter as being unmoving and ‘solid’ isn’t scientifically supported, most of our bodies and the matter we observe is empty space and always moving.
So, wouldn’t it make some sense that if we are basically walking and talking fields of energy that we have the power to shift that vibration? And if we can shift that vibration, then maybe like attracts like and we are able to merge with energy of a similar nature?
And I’m talking not just in the perceived physical world, but in the nonphysical world, the quantum field of possibilities where all variations exist but come into existence based on ‘observation’ or ‘interaction’ of some sort. This is the measurement problem currently being explored in the quantum physics community.
Here’s some more scientific angles to get familiar with:
Quantum Physics and Vibration: Quantum Field Theory (QFT) is a theoretical framework that describes how fields, which are continuous distributions of energy and matter, interact with particles, which are excitations or quanta of these fields. It extends the principles of quantum mechanics and special relativity to systems with an infinite number of degrees of freedom, such as fields. This concept suggests that reality is not solely determined by matter but by the underlying fields that permeate the universe.
Many Worlds Theory: The Many-Worlds Interpretation (MWI) of quantum mechanics proposes that every quantum event creates multiple parallel universes, each representing a different outcome. According to this theory, when a quantum measurement occurs, the universe splits into separate branches for each possible result, with all outcomes realized simultaneously in different, parallel worlds. This concept aligns with spiritual theories of timeline jumping and manifestation, suggesting that all potential realities already exist. From this perspective, conscious manifestation could be viewed as shifting one's consciousness to access a desired parallel reality where the intended outcome has occurred. Similarly, timeline jumping might be interpreted as moving one's awareness between these pre-existing parallel worlds, each representing a different potential future or past.
Brain and Heart Coherence: Another potential scientific aspect of manifestation is the coherence between our brain and heart. Research is exploring what happens when our brain waves and heart rhythms synchronize. One of the examined events is increases in alpha and gamma brain waves and associated impacts on our biology, most notably in those practiced in meditation. Techniques to achieve such coherence include focused breathwork, meditation, and intentional emotional regulation, which align our cognitive and emotional outputs. If we can attune our consciousness and more deeply connect with the field of potentials, what is possible?
Real-Life Inspiration
Anthony Hopkins has shared that from a very young age, “he believed” with all his might that there was more for him in this life. In his very Anthony Hopkins way, he can ignite that spark of motivation in you hearing him talk about how he has ‘believed’ his way into a life that he loves.
“That’s the rational mind. I don’t think the rational mind is working to well at the moment. It’s the irrational mind, the subconscious… All my life since I was a little boy, I’ve dreamed of where I am now. I may have had a vision, I don’t know. I didn’t have much hope. But everything happened for me. I now believe that we can condense Time, we can pull it to ourselves. It’s not about the future… tomorrow doesn’t exist, the next hour does not exist. It’s all potential. But what we can do is drag the time into the present, NOW, into the solar plexus of our soul. Even if you don’t believe it, play the game of belief. Act as if you believe. That is power.”
He felt it before he experienced it.
How can we get better at doing the same?
Practical Steps for Manifestation
It’s maybe a bit misleading to call manifestation a practice, because in reality you’re always manifesting, you’re just not conscious of it. Whatever your state of being you are in, you are connecting with similar fields of energy. The art of manifestation is to become more aware of that inner state so that you can shift into energy or vibration that better matches how you want to feel and what you want to experience.
Think of your brain as a transmitter and your heart as an amplifier. We have the amazing gift to be able to become aware of our thoughts. Through the biology of awareness, we can start to choose. As we choose, let’s say more positive thoughts, this has a cascading effect throughout our bodies and especially through our hearts. Combine a powerful thought with an elevated emotion, and you’ve tapped into something magical.
Learn how to sustain powerful intentions/thoughts with elevated emotions and you’re moving into a whole new experience. Prior to your awareness of that possibility, it only existed in the formless field, but you are now bringing that into form through your intention (thought) and heart (feeling). Use meditation as a portal into building this awareness, and then co-creating with the field.
Set Clear Intentions: Most people do not take the time to get clear on what it is they actually want. They are more aware of what they don’t want. Be specific about your desires and frame them as clearly as possible. Access and amplify this intention when in a meditative state.
Visualize Your Desires: Regularly visualize achieving your goals, and pay special attention to how you feel when you experience this visualization. This is about identifying the level of consciousness that is associated with the desire.
Emotional Alignment: Dial up those emotional experiences you’ve identified through your heart space. Build it, and feel it your now. The more consistent you are with this, the more you are able to activate that possibility. Do this from a meditative state.
Consistency: Consistently reinforce your new state of consciousness through your feeling body in meditation. When you loose it durning your day, go back into meditation until you feel it again.
Take Inspired Action: While it's essential to align your thoughts and emotions, taking concrete steps towards your goals is a very close second. Inspired action refers to actions that feel easeful and aligned and are taken when in the new level of consciousness that you have identified.
Start by integrating these strategies into your daily routine and watch as your outer world begins to align with your inner aspirations.
Why does Manifestation and Meditation go Hand in Hand?
Meditation is a gateway into awareness, and as you build more awareness, you have an increased ability to choose your thoughts and therefore your emotions. With this power that you consistently refine in meditation, you can become a steward of your vibration.
Meditation also helps us activate more consistent coherent brain wave patterns, such as gamma. The more you are in gamma, which is linked to mystical experiences and flow, the more powerful your field becomes (gamma is one of the most ‘excited’ and coherent brain wave states). We know now that experienced meditators are in gamma significantly more often than non meditators.
So, think of gamma as being your field supercharger. You access this most easily in meditation.
Without meditation, the ability to be honest and sit with yourself and your experience is unlikely. Hate to break it to you, but stillness in your portal into the field of possibilities. Once you learn how to activate this ability, it becomes so powerful that it no longer seems like a chore, or a checkbox.
The other element is that if you can consciously create when in highly amplified brain and heart states (like gamma), you’re ability to impact the field is much much greater than when you are solely in your personality and this space and time.
Most of the time, you are likely still at the whim of the analytical and repetitive mind. You start to break this dependence through meditation. This is why meditation is your gateway into more conscious manifestation, and as you build this muscle of awareness, you can start to bring this elevated conscious experience into your day to day.
What will you choose?
